FeeL – Sensory Feedback for Leg Prosthesis

In July 2017 we have received an FFG-Bridge grant, which now allows us – in cooperation with our parnters Otto-Bock and the Med-Uni Wien – to investiget if Sensory Feedback for Leg Prosthesis helps patients with amputations of the lower extremities to measurably improve their gait, and if this helps to reduce the “phantom pain” that many of them experience.

A very good example is Wolfgang Rangger, with whom we have developped the first feeling leg-prosthesis.
